It's Only $5.75 to Ship Your DogWare Anywhere in the U.S.!
Unlike some e-tailers, we make our money off of our art, not our shipping and handling. You'll pay only $5.75 to get your DogWare shipped Priority Mail by the U.S. Postal Service to anywhere in the U.S. That's for all domestic orders, no matter how large the order (unless you are a reseller and want a whole kennel full of DogWare). We figure that it's no more trouble for us to get out a big box than a small box, so we keep it simple by keeping your shipping cost at a set price.

International Shipping Not a Problem
Dog lovers know no boundaries, so we routinely ship to non-U.S. destinations. We're happy to provide you with an individual estimate. Foreign orders are shipped via registered airmail. Contact us by email or phone (803-783-3169) for an estimate – or submit your order via our secure server. We'll be notified that you need a shipping estimate. (No merchandise will be shipped overseas until the cutomer has approved the shipping cost via follow-up email.)

Custom-Printed to Order
Every DogWare design is custom-printed to order by hand. We're about dogs and art, not about inventory. Your merchandise usually will be printed within two to four days and shipped shortly thereafter. Adding time for Priority Mail delivery, you should receive your package within a week to 10 days from the time you placed your order. If you're panting to get your DogWare faster than that, we'll try to accommodate you. Please contact us to make special arrangements. We're pretty impatient ourselves, and have been known to give the postman a good run down the block.(Note: during the holiday season, turn-around time is usually 3 to 5 days.)

Returns
We print each item by hand, so our quality is Top Dog. Our merchandise is guaranteed against manufacturing and printing defects. We will gladly replace any defective products. Within 30 days of the receipt of your order, you may return your purchase for a full refund or replacement, provided it has not been worn, laundered or damaged. But what if you're the one who made the mistake and accidentally ordered a Chihuahua size for your St. Bernard husband? Well, we won't send you to the doghouse. Although we custom-print each shirt by hand (that means we aren't sitting on a huge inventory of printed items), we'll take it back, even if we end up wearing it ourselves – provided it has not been worn, laundered or damaged. We'll give you a replacement or a refund if you get it back to us within 30 days of receipt of your order. We do ask you to pay a $5.75 to cover reprinting, handling and return postage.
